Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms E govern your access to and use of the AEO DASH platform provided by Deepath Ltd. (“Company E “we E “our E or “us E. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
AEO DASH delivers answer-engine operations tooling, including URL diagnostics, multi-model AI testing, analytics dashboards, and workflow automations. We may update or modify features to improve performance, security, or user experience.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep account credentials secure.
3. Account Administration
Organizations are managed through role-based access controls (e.g., admin, editor, viewer). Admins are responsible for inviting members, assigning permissions, and ensuring compliance with these Terms. We are not responsible for internal access decisions or misuse of credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or violate intellectual property rights.
- Do not interfere with other customers, attempt to bypass rate limits, or scrape data without permission.
- Comply with third-party provider policies (e.g., OpenRouter, Search Console, GA4) when integrating accounts.
5. Subscriptions and Fees
Access may require an active subscription. Fees, billing cycles, seat counts, and overage charges are defined in your order form or within the Service billing settings. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility. Unpaid fees may result in suspension or termination.
6. Customer Data
You retain all rights to data you submit or generate (“Customer Data E. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that Customer Data complies with applicable laws and that necessary consents are obtained.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and to use it only for fulfilling these Terms. This obligation survives termination. Confidential information does not include publicly available data, information already known without restriction, or data rightfully received from a third party.
8. Intellectual Property
We own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, documentation, and branding elements. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. Feedback may be used to improve the Services without obligation or attribution.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is Ewithout warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of AI outputs, or search engine outcomes. Evaluations generated by third-party models should be validated before production use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Term and Termination
The Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. Either party may terminate for cause if the other party materially breaches and fails to cure within thirty (30) days. Upon termination, access will cease and we will delete or return Customer Data according to our Privacy Policy unless retention is required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Tokyo, Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms by providing notice via email or in-product messaging. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
